Refund policy

At Oslek Coatings, we are committed to delivering premium surface coatings with precision, care, and reliability. Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, we have specific policies in place regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, faulty, or incorrect

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom orders, including all LED Hardwax Oil Colours

  • Special promotions or discounted products

  • Bulk purchases

  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in resalable condition

  • Change-of-mind purchases

Custom Orders – Important Note

All LED Hardwax Oil Colours are mixed fresh to your selection as a custom order. These are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Please ensure all product selections, quantities, and specifications are correct before making payment.
Once your invoice is paid, we understand that you approve the order, and mixing will commence immediately in preparation for despatch.

Refunds

If your return is approved (for faulty or incorrect items only):

  • You may receive a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part

Return Process

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos

  3. Await approval and return instructions

  4. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the return is due to our error

Shipping Damage

If your order is damaged in transit:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product

  • We will arrange for a replacement where applicable

Final Notes

  • We reserve the right to inspect all returns and may reject returns that do not meet our policy

  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted
