Shipping policy
At Oslek Coatings we aim to dispatch all orders safely and efficiently, ensuring our customers receive high quality products in excellent condition and in a timely manner.
Order processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from confirmation of payment. Custom orders, including all LED Hardwax Oil colours, are mixed to order and may require additional processing time. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Delivery
We ship across the United Kingdom from our UK warehouse using Royal Mail and DHL. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Mainland UK: 1 to 2 business days
- Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland: 2 to 4 business days
We also ship internationally, including to Europe. International delivery times vary by destination, and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

Damaged or lost deliveries
- If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. This sits alongside your 30 day statutory rights for faulty goods.
- If your delivery is delayed or missing, contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
