Shipping policy

At Oslek Coatings, we aim to dispatch all orders safely and efficiently, ensuring our customers receive high-quality products in excellent condition and in a timely manner.


Order Processing

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from confirmation of payment.

  • Custom orders, including all LED Hardwax Oil Colours, are mixed to order and may require additional processing time.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship across Australia and Internationally using reputable courier services.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 1–3 business days from dispatch

  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days from dispatch

  • Remote locations: Up to 10 business days

  • International: 10-15 business days, estimated only

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Due to the current situation affecting airspace in the Middle East region, all services to and from the region may experience delays. There may also be delays and disruptions to services to and from other destinations, including Europe, as some airports in the Middle East operate as airline transit hubs. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates on our website, as further information becomes available.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • For bulk orders or trade deliveries, please contact us directly for a quote.

  • We do not currently ship internationally via our online store. For international inquiries, please contact us.


Click & Collect / Trade Pickup

Pickup is available from our Melbourne warehouse by appointment.
Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting.
Pickup address and instructions will be provided once confirmed.


Damaged or Lost Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photographs of the damage and packaging

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable

If your delivery is delayed or missing, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
